The former Commissioner of the Fiji Corrections Service, Francis Kean has not been charged and should not be treated as a person of interest.
This was highlighted by the Attorney General Siromi Turaga yesterday.
Turaga also indicated that he has not met with Kean, however he said that he came across the former Commissioner coming out of the Fiji National Provident Fund.
He added that there is no restriction for him meeting Kean.
