The police report was lodged by Ditoka, at the Central Police Station in Suva.
“I ask the police to investigate Sayed-Khaiyum as the General Secretary of the Fiji First Party for inciting communal antagonism contrary to sections 65(2)(a)(i) and 53(1) of the Crimes Act2009,” said Ditoka.
“Further, I am of the view that Sayed-Khaiyum also committed sedition contrary to section 67(1)(c) read with sections 45 and 51 of the Crimes Act.”
