Two women were rushed to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital after a Courts vehicle backed into them along Nina Street in Suva.
Bystanders who were there at that time said that all this happened so fast and were surprised at what had happened.
It is understood that the vehicle had been reversing and ran them over.
Police are currently at the scene and will provide a statement later today.
