Raheem’s brace secures win for Ba

In-form attacking midfielder Mohammed Fataul Raheem netted a brace as Ba overcame Nasinu 2-0 in Round 3 of the Digicel Premier League at the Fiji FA headquarters ground in Vatuwaqa, Suva today.

The game saw Nasinu creating several attacking chances but failed to convert them into goals.

However, Rooster Chicken Ba’s persistent efforts paid off when, after hitting the frame three times, Raheem finally managed to score before halftime.

Then again in the second half, the former Fiji U23 rep scored a penalty concluding the match nd securing three crucial points for the Men in Black.
