Mixed Rootcrops Dessert



1. In a medium-sized pan, bring diluted coconut milk to boil.

2. Add taro and cassava. Stir constantly to avoid sticking.

3. Cook until almost done. Add cooking bananas/vudi. Cook until all rootcrops are done.

4. Slowly stir in brown sugar and stir until it is completely dissloved.

5. Cook a few more minutes and add vanilla for flavouring.

6. Remove from flame and serve.

Yield: 12 servings
