2022 look-back: Nadroga was most improved

Nadroga was the most improved football district team of the 2022 season.

The Stallions under the guidance of Member of Parliament, Joseph Nand ended their campaign in the Fiji FACT and Battle of the Giants unbeaten.

They narrowly missed out on a semifinal spot in the Inter District Championship in Suva after losing their final group match to eventual finalists Navua.

The side also did well in the Digicen Premier League to avoid relegation after safely securing the seventh spot.

Captain Tomasi Tuicakau, Paulo Buke, goalkeepers Isikeli Sevanaia and Sakeo Taganeca together with Ghanaian midfielder Ato Yankson and youngsters Zoheb Rahim, Ronesh Kumar, Romit Narayan and Adbul Farid were the standouts for Nadroga throughout the season.
