Watch out for Fiji’s offloads: Aust 7s

The Australia 7s team believes dual Olympic Games gold medalist Fiji’s offload game will need to be watched closely at this year’s HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.

“When their offloads hit, there is not much you can do,” playmaker Dietrich Roach said on their Facebook page.

“They are unbelievable athletes, and offload like crazy,” said Darby Lancaster.

Matt Gonzalez also expressed similar sentiments on the high-flying risk game Fiji plays.

“Once they get their confidence going and get on a roll with their offloads, they are impossible to stop,” Gonzalez said with a smile.

Forward Henry Paterson added that Fiji’s exciting brand of footy will also make them fun to watch.
