Hughes drops Rewa interest, returns to Suva

Setareki Hughes has reportedly returned to Suva camp and is believed to have withdrawn his application to rejoin Rewa in this window.

Hughes who moved out of the Whites camp late on Thursday night returned this morning after negotiations with Suva officials and is likely to feature in their Vodafone Premier League match against Labasa this afternoon.

In another development, defender Jale Dreloa is also believed to have returned from Labasa. The national defender had applied to make a move to the Babasiga Lions camp.

Meanwhile lanky defender Leone Damudamu who was training with Suva this week is reported to have withdrawn his application as well and is likely to feature for Labasa this afternoon.

Suva plays Labasa at 4pm at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park.
