Tuwai among 7s stars to watch in Las Vegas

Fiji 7s halfback Jerry Tuwai has been named among 7 players by World Rugby to look out for at this weekend's Las Vegas tournament.

Tuwai who was one of the stars for Fiji in their 21-15 comeback victory in the final against Australia last year has been in fine form this season and is one of Fiji’s consistent performers in the World Sevens Series.

Other players in the top 7 include USA Captain Madison Hughes, Canada's Justin Douglas, South Africa's Chris Dry, England's Tom Mitchell, New Zealand's Scott Curry and Russia's German Davydov.

Fiji is pooled with Australia, Scotland and Japan and opens its campaign against Japan at 12.09pm tomorrow before taking on Scotland at 3.08pm and Australia at 9.50am on Sunday.
