No injury concerns as Rewa's Misa recovers

There are no injury concerns in the Rewa camp ahead of the 2020 Punjas Battle of the Giants semifinals in Lautoka.

The only player who was under a cloud of uncertainty has been cleared and is back in training.

Striker Misaele Draunibaka suffered a knock to his knee in the team's 1-0 loss to Nadi last Saturday and was rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment.

He however has rested and recovered well and will be available for selection.

Coach Marika Rodu said he is blessed to have so much talent and depth in his squad and picking the starting team to face Ba in the semifinal on Saturday will be a tough task.

"Everyone has played in the BOG group matches and I must say they all impressed me. They have played with pride and have given their best."

"The onus is now on the players to show their best in the next couple of sessions and earn their place in the starting team for the semifinals," he added.

The Delta Auto One Repairs sponsored- Rewa will meet Priceline Pharmacy sponsored- Ba in the first semifinal at 2pm.
