Police Blue thumps Navy

Police Blue remains unbeaten in the 45th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s after beating Navy 26-5 in their second match at the ANZ Stadium in Suva today.

Rusiate Nasove’s early try which was converted by Kini Douglas gave Police a 7-0 lead.

 Navy had a player short in the fourth minute after Alipate Tule copped a yellow card.

Police took advantage through Suliano Volivoli who scored two back to back tries with Douglas converting only one as they led 19-0 at halftime.

Navy side came strongly in the second half with Sanaila Daliga scoring their first try but the conversion was missed.

Replacement Mesake Varo sealed victory for the lawmen by scoring their fourth try which was successfully converted by Douglas.
