We will bounce back, Ali assures fans

Nadroga President Mohammed Ali is confident they will bounce back and register positive results in remaining Digicel Premier League matches.

The Stallions currently sit at the bottom of the table with just two points from six matches but Ali has assured fans the team will improve and will be a different outfit when sporting activities resume in the country.

He said the side has not lost its aim in the League this year although they received some upsetting results.

“The League has not ended.”

“I believe in the players and I’m sure they will come back strong and Nadroga will regroup and become a force to reckon.”

“The players are doing their personal training at home since we are not allowed to move and meet as a team due to the pandemic. We are usually in contact with the players and have received positive responses from them.”

He also mentioned the Stallions are gearing up for the bottom of the table clash against Navua.

“We are doing our personal preparation but the bottom line is that we have Navua on our next play list. We will not take them easily since they are three points ahead of us and we want to make sure that we beat them in goal difference.”

“Nadroga won’t take them lightly because we have played them but as years pass by, the players change. I believe we have capable players who can battle Navua down.”

The Moshin’s Insulation Nadroga will meet Navua in an away Round 7 fixture.
