Davis trains for a new team

Fiji's lone professional female footballer Trina Davis has indicated that she might feature for a new team any time soon.

Davis in an exclusive interview with FijiLive said she has no intentions to play in Israel following the horrific experience.

Davis revealed that she will be playing for a new team.

“Hi yes, I’m going to be looking for something else in football. I’m not sure where yet but I am training and practising right now,” she said.

“No, I will not return to Israel but probably try for a new team. I have been training at home in Seattle and might play for a new team but it all depends on when a new offer comes,” she said.

Davis returned to the US following the unrest between Isreal and Palestine over the past few months.
