Nasinu footballers receive food voucher

Nasinu footballers have been assisted with food vouchers given by an anonymous sponsor.

Association President O’Neil Chand while acknowledging the sponsor said the timely assistance will help the players immensely since most of them rely on football for an income.

“On behalf of Nasinu football executives and players , I would like to thank the kind hearted, Good Samaritan who has come on board to assist current Nasinu football players with the food shopping vouchers.”

“We are indeed very much thankful to him for thinking about our players during this difficult time. Our players can purchase their needs which will surely bring some relief and give smile to their families with the day to day living.”

Coach Mira Sahib said during this difficult time any assistance was welcomed and the anonymous person has given so much relief to the players and their families.

“I know there are more kind hearted people around but I would like to heartily thank him on behalf of our players and officials, may god bless him always.”
