Ration packs is helping players: Tadu

Rewa Women's football coach Usai Tadu has acknowledged the Fiji Football Association for helping the footballers around the country with ration packs.

Tadu said this is one of the most difficult times for the players who depend on football as a source of income.

“I thank Fiji football for supporting the players all around the country as we started to receive ration packs." He said.

"It’s very fortunate for us for you have been here to help the men’s and women’s teams. I believe these ration packs are very important to all the families and it has been two months now that we are going through the pandemic.”

“This is good support for Fiji football that has been done to the players.

Of course for women's soccer, I just want to thank all the Fiji football players who have been providing for the women’s teams.” He said.

“We have seen for the past few days and all the women footballers in the country are being helped and they really need help. Some of the women stayed home and they really need support and I thank Fiji FA for stepping forward and assisting them,” Tadu added.
