Fiji FA rejects Tahioa's application

Fiji Football Association has rejected Marlon Tahioa's application for transfer from Labasa to Suva in the mid-season window.

Fiji FA CEO Mohammed Yusuf while confirming this to FijiLive said the application was rejected on the ground that Tahioa was provided assistance during the second wave of COVID-19 by Labasa FA.

He said this makes the Solomon Islander ineligible to apply for transfer.

Yusuf however stated that Tahioa can apply for a transfer in the next window in January.

Meanwhile, Rewa utility Anish Khem has also applied to join the Whites in this window.
