Lami suffers loss, maintains lead

Despite a 4-1 loss to Rewa in round 11 of Digicel National Southern Futsal League at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva today, Lami Futsal continues to lead the table by 20 points.

Both the sides tussled hard in the opening minutes of the match but Lami shed the first blood through Navneet Chand.

Minutes before the breather Iosefo Verevou gave in the equaliser for Rewa.

The Delta Tigers came firing in the second spell with Verevou doubling and midfielder Anish Khem and Jonetani Buksh finding the back of the net each.
