Trio help UAE to Gold victory

Three Fijians Esekaia Dranibota, Sakiusa Naisau, and Ratu Epeli Qativi helped the United Arab Emirates win gold at the West Asia 7s Trophy 2021 in Doha, Qatar.

The Fiji Embassy Abu Dhabi and all Fijians congratulated the men on their achievements representing Fijians in Rugby in the UAE and region.

Fiji and UAE currently have an MOU on rugby development between Fiji Rugby Union (FRU) and UAE Rugby.

The UAE is anticipating for more exchanges not only between players but competent coaches from Fiji to continue from the late guru and former coach of UAE Late Master Epeli Lagiloa, who was first Fijian coach to come to UAE under this arrangement.
