Youngster scores on Suva debut

19-year-old Ayush Kumar scored a goal in his debut match for Suva futsal to defeat Nasinu futsal by 3-0 in round 10 of Digicel Futsal league today.


Suva made a fresh start with striker Bruce Hughes and Vineet Nadan scoring a goal each to lead by 2-0 at the break.


Tension raised in the second spell as Nasinu could not resist the pressure of the Capital city.


It was a foul by Nasinu which gave Suva a penalty and it was successfully taken by Kumar and he sealed the win.
