Qasevakatini set to miss Labasa clash

Top Nadi marksman Napolioni Qasevakatini is likely to miss their Digicel Premier League clash against Labasa this weekend as he is still nursing a calf injury.

Coach Viliame Toma said Qasevakatini picked up the injury against Ba and needs more time to fully recover.

He said missing the experienced striker in the big match will be a setback for them but he is confident that other young and promising players in the squad will step and partner Sakaraia Naisua upfront.

"We have a tough match coming up against Labasa and we are badly needing a win after losing three games in a row."

"The players are working on the weak areas and we hope to deliver a much improved performance."

Easy Kool Nadi will take on Labasa at 1pm at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
