Midfielder Vikash in doubt for opener

Top midfielder Jasnit Vikash is in doubt for Nasinu's 2022 Digicel Fiji FACT opener against Tailevu Naitasiri on Sunday.

Vikash picked up a foot injury in the team's 3-1 win over Navua in a friendly match on Wednesday and has been advised by the team medics to rest for a week.

The former Dreketi, Lami and Navua rep is one of the experienced players in Nasinu's 25-member provisional squad.

Jonetani Buksh, Nasoni Mereke, goalkeeper Viliame Rakuro, striker Taniela Rakariva and Ni-Vanuatu midfielder Tani Tanabose are the other known names in the team.

The Nasinu vs Security Systems Management Inc sponsored Tailevu Naitasiri match kicks off at 11am at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
