Smith back to reinforce Highlanders assault

Highlanders captain and All Blacks Aaron Smith and number eight Marino Mikaele-Tu’u have been recalled to the side for this weekend’s clash against the Fijian Drua.

Smith returns recovering from Covid and Mikaele-Tu’u a hamstring injury.

The Highlanders had their first training at the Albert Park in Suva today in preparation for Saturday's Super Rugby clash against the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua.

This was the team's first session since arriving on Sunday.
