T/Naitasiri wary of Babasiga Lions

The Tailevu Naitasiri football team is fully aware of the danger which bottom placed Labasa will pose in this weekend's Digicel Premier League match.

Assistant coach Priyant Mannu said they will play the Babasiga Lions at Subrail Park after a lapse of seven years and it won’t be easy beating them.

"It's Labasa's home ground and anything can happen," Mannu said.

"They will have fan support and will definitely want a win."

"We will try to turn the table and secure a win from Labasa after seven years."

"Playing at Subrail Park will be difficult and a challenge also because most of our players have never played at Subrail Park."

"It will be a first time for them and also they will have to bear the fan disadvantage at the same time."

"I believe we might not have many fans there but that should not pull the team morale down. We are there for a purpose and that is to play the best of our football and disappoint Labasa at their home."

T/Naitasiri will travel to Subrail Park to play Labasa at 3pm on Sunday.
