Nadroga's impressive run continues

Nadroga's impressive run from the Fiji FACT continues in the Digicel Premier League and the stallions have extended their unbeaten run to six matches after being held to a 1-1 draw by Nadi at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka today.

The side has improved vastly under Coach MP Joseph Nand and players are showing more committment and dedication week in week out from the recent tourney on their home soil.

Leftback Ravinesh Reddy scored the lone goal of the first half as the hosts led 1-0 at the break.

Solomon Islander William Komasi managed to level the score for the Jetsetters midway in the second half after some scrappy defensive play by Nadroga.

Komasi's fellow countrymen Jaygray Sipakana had the chance late in the match to seal the winner from the penalty spot but his attempt was daringly blocked by goalkeeper Isikeli Sevanaia.

Nadroga now has 11 points and sits on seventh spot while All in One Builders Nadi is fifth with 17 points.
