Ba holds star-studded Jetsetters

Ba held a star-studded Nadi oufit to a 1-1 draw in Round 15 of the Digicel Premier League at Lautoka's Churchill Park on Sunday.

Nadi with the likes of Siotame Kubu, Laisenia Raura, Andrew Naicker, Noa Vukica and Solomon Islanders Barrie Limoki and William Komasi entered the field as the favorites.

Limoki put the Jetsetters ahead early in the match through a cool finish after getting a nice through pass from Komasi.

Ba managed to get a late equaliser through defender Suliano Tawanakoro who took full advantage of a defensive blunder by Nadi defence as they failed to clear a deep corner kick.

All in One Builders/KK's Nadi is fifth in the DPL standing with 23 points while Ba is fourth and also has 23 points but a better goal difference.
