Labasa wary of tough IDC pool

Labasa Football coach Ravneel Pratap is wary of their pool for the 2022 Courts Inter-District Championship.

Named in one of the toughest pools in the tournament, the Punjas Battle of the Giants champions know the task will be tough.

“It is a very tough pool, we have the Digicel Premier League champion Rewa, as well as the powerhouse in Ba,” Pratap said.

“Lautoka is another worry as we have not beaten them this season either.”

“All tough games, but with good preparation we should be ready.

Pratap said while preparations were on-going they were yet to train their full squad with players away on national duties.

“We have seven in all, four with the Bula Boys and three with the Juniors.

“We expect them to be all in camp by Monday when we reach Suva.”
