Ba will be a big task: Rodu

Rewa Coach Marika Rodu says the draw against Courts Inter-District Championship title holders Labasa in their tournament opener was not the start they wanted.

The head guru of the Sharam Hangers sponsored side said they needed to pick up their game especially facing Ba in their next match today.

“We had some chances but we did not convert it, we need to settle because it only gets tougher,” Rodu said.

With RC Manubhai Ba, who have one win in the bag next up, Rodu said it would be another hill to climb.

“It will be a big task for us, and we need to grow game by game.”

Ba take on Rewa at the HFC Bank Stadium at 5pm today.
