Sami coping well says Singh

Rewa coach Roderick Singh says Kishan Sami is coping well as his side prepares for the Digicel Premier League amid the covid pandemic in Fiji.

“This is the first time for Kishan Sami to stay in Fiji and in such a situation but we can assure that he is safe and has been gelling well with us." Singh said.

"We have been in contact with him and we have received information that he is doing his personal training at home.”

“We have also contacted the other players and have received positive response from them.

The players and their families are holding up in this pandemic. We have requested our players to continue with their personal training but at the same time stay safe and avoid a lot of movement.”

“Player safety is our first priority and we don’t want our players to fall sick or their families. At this time, I believe it’s best to follow the rules and regulations and remain in your personal space.” Singh said.
