Fiji 7s teams head to Games village

The Fiji Men's and Women's 7s teams headed to the Olympic Games village in Tokyo today to settle and prepare for the official opening tomorrow.

They will be joined by the Judo team and Team Fiji will enter the village on the 24th.

Pacific Sprint King Banuve Tabakaucoro from Athletics is scheduled to enter the village on the 28th.

Whilst in Oita, Team Fiji held their final Team Assembly and they were joined by all the six sports.

Three sports were physically present, while swimming from Beppu, Sophia and John Morgan from the Sailing Village and Tevita Takayawa joined through Zoom sessions.
