Drua to assemble quarantine free: Thorburn

The Fijian Drua will not have to quarantine in Australia, confirms Drua interim chief executive Brian Thorburn.

This is after the New South Wales Government announced that from 1st November travellers will not have to undergo quarantine.

Thorburn said the Fijian Drua team and management will depart Fiji on the 4th of November and will settle down in New South Wales.

He said this will also save time which will be utilised in training and also quarantine expenses.

He mentioned that players will assemble fast and get to work with just two months remaining for the Super Rugby 2022 season.
