Sotutu to start, Bower benched

Blues No.8 Hoskins Sotutu who shares links to Fiji will start for the All Blacks against the USA Eagles in their Test match on Sunday. 

Sotutu will start at flanker after missing the last two tests.

George Bower will start from the bench while Crusaders winger Sevu Reece has missed out on selection.

Meanwhile, Josh Lord is the new cap in the squad and he will come off the bench while veteran Samuel Whitelock will captain the side.  

The All Blacks will play the USA Eagles at 8.30am (Fiji Time) in Washington DC.

All Blacks: Ethan de Groot, Asafo Aumua, Angus Ta’avao, Samuel Whitelock- captain, Tupou Vaa’I, Luke Jacobson, Dalton Papalii, Hoskins Sotutu, Finlay Christie, Richie Mo’unga, George Bridge, Quinn Tupaea, Braydon Ennor, Will Jordan, Damian McKenzie

Reserves: Dane Coles, George Bower, Tyrel Lomax, Josh Lord - new cap, Sam Cane, TJ Perenara, Beauden Barrett, Anton Lienert-Brown.
