Fijiana wins first ever medal in 7s Series

Fijiana won its first ever medal of the World 7s Series today after losing the gold medal final of the Dubai 7s 22-7 to Australia at the Sevens Stadium.

The Australians proved too strong in the final and ran in three unanswered tries in the first half through Demi Hayes, Lily Dick, and Charlotte Caslick.

Hayes got another try in the second half before Fijian Captain Rusila Nagasau made an intercept and set up Aloesi Nakoci to score their only try.
