Ba thumps Navua in DPL

Ba has kept its Digicel Premier League title hopes alive after thumping Navua 3-0 in their Round 12 fixture at Churchill Park in Lautoka today.

Midfielder Savenaca Nakalevu opened Ba's account in the fifth minute of play.

A foul on lanky midfielder Etonia Dogolau inside the Navua box saw veteran Shameel Rao double Ba's lead from the penalty spot.

Replacement striker Sanaila Waqanicakau sealed the win for the Men in Black with the first touch of the ball.

Online IT Solutions Ba now has 18 points after 11 matches and remains on fourth spot while Navua remains at the bottom of the table with just 5 points from 12 games.
