Dakuwaqa scores in heavy defeat

An ill-disciplined Fijian flanker Masivesi Dakuwaqa scored the only try in Montpellier's heavy 89-7 defeat by Leinster in a Heineken Champions Cup match today.
Just in three minutes Jack Conan scored the opening try for Leinster while Jamison Gibson-Park and Ross Byrne then made use of fortuitous bounces to extend the lead before Ross Molony charged through a gap in the defensive line to secure the bonus-point in the 24th minute.
Dakuwaqa gave Montpellier a moment for celebration as he barrelled over the line from close range while Foursans converted for 7 points.
But Leinster responded immediately through Michael Ala'alatoa and Jordan Larmour for a 40-7 lead at the break.
Leinster continued to flourish in the second spell through Josh van der Flier and Dan Sheehan scoring twice, O'Brien going over in quick succession while Conan and James Lowe rounded off the scoring.
Johnny Sexton also made a strong return, playing for the first time since Ireland's win over New Zealand on 13 November, he slotted in five conversions.
