Traditional football giants Ba will need to iron out their mistakes ahead of the Digicel Premier League Round 11 clash against leaders Suva on Sunday.
The Imdad Ali coached side came from behind to hold second placed Rewa at 1-1 yesterday.
Ali said they made some irrational decisions and players lacked communication on the field.
"We had a lot of chances to score but we did not make the wise decisions."
"I think the heat really went onto the players and we made decisions that were not supposed to be made like playing high and short balls."
"Our giveaway chances saw Rewa take the opportunity and score and we did capitalise."
"I think a lot of chances went begging but we had a different team also."
"We had some returning players yesterday and I think our young players really need to improve their game."
Ali is confident the Men in Black can end Suva’s unbeaten run if they rectify all their mistakes before Sunday.
"Suva can be a star-studded team but our focus is to beat them and we have the right players but the mistakes are holding us back."
"I'm sure we can rectify our mistakes and weaknesses."
"Our mistakes were seen in our forwards and defence. We just need to make the right choice and utilise every opportunity."
"Suva defeated us in Round 2 and I think we learned some important lessons from there."
"The team morale is really high and players are playing for each other," he added.
Ba will face Ram's Cleaning Services Suva at 1.30 at Nausori's Ratu Cakobau Park on Sunday.
