Lutu to give all for NSW Blues

Future Fiji star Losana Lutu is ready to give her all in the Women’s Under 19 State of Origin clash on Thursday.

The West Tigers dummy-half will wear the Blues No.6 jersey for the first time in her second appearance for the side this year.

I’m still very young but I am just enjoying the experience that I get to have with these other girls,” Lutu told nswrl.com.au.

“Like I said before I’m still pretty young and I’m trying to learn a lot, but having that rep side of things really pushes me to my limits a bit,”

Lutu who has moved around in a number of positions says she is comfortable in the halves

“I’ve moved around a lot, played hooker, half, but five-eighth is probably my favourite because a can play a bit more eyes-up.”

The 18 year old said she was ready for the contest ahead and the learnings she would gain.

“It really challenges me so I’m enjoying all that experience with the group.”
