Nadroga is aiming to win both its matches in the Digicel Premier League this week and move up in the standing.
President Mohammed Ali says they are ready for the two matches against Navua and Nadi.
Ali told FijiLive that players are motivated after ending their campaign in the Fiji FACT unbeaten and narrowly missing out on qualifying for the semifinals.
"Our players are adjusted to playing back-to-back games."
"We were playing a game a day and back to back in Fiji FACT and we are maintaining the same squad."
"We are training really hard for this Thursday's game against Navua and we're taking a game at a time and are focusing now on the first game and after that, we will focus on the Nadi game."
"We have already told the boys that this is a very important game and we need to maintain our game structure."
"Nadroga needs to win this game to be competitive in the league or else all the other teams that are not far behind us will catch up and put us in relegation danger."
"We are not underestimating Navua as we lost to them in the first round. They're a very good team but we will field a very good team also on Thursday. We need the fans to come in numbers and support us in big numbers."
He further said that after bowing out undefeated at the Fiji FACT, the players kept training hard and are determined for the clashes this week.
"But every day, every team plays a different game like you can play a team today and win but the other day you won't be able to win."
"It's all about the focus where we're gonna put on the game come Thursday night and then we are going for a week and is nothing less than a week we are going for."
Nadroga will host Navua at 7pm at Sigatoka’s Lawaqa Park on Thursday.
