Koroisau dots in Panthers big win

Fiji Bati hooker Apisai Koroisau scored a try in Penrith Panthers 26-6 win over the Canberra Raiders in Round 21 of the NRL yesterday.
The Raiders drew first blood in the ninth minute when their inspirational forward leader Josh Papalii powered over from close range for his third try of the season while Jamal Fogarty converted for a 6-0.
Errors by the Raiders saw Penrith take advantage of the play and hit back in just three minutes via hooker Api Koroisau and Stephen Crichton's conversion made it 6-all.
Both teams pushed hard but a penalty to the Panthers after a Hudson Young push on Chris Smith saw Crichton booting an easy shot to make it 8-6 to the premiers after 22 minutes.
Three minutes later, the Panthers extended their lead to eight when stand-in halfback Sean O'Sullivan laid on a try for Crichton with a well-weighted left foot grubber and he converted for a 15-6 lead at halftime.
Panthers continued with their fine form in the second stanza and scored two more consolation tries from Dylan Edwards and Jaeman Salmon while Crichton was too good in his conversion to seal the victory.
