Nasinu posts big win over Rakiraki

Nasinu walloped Rakiraki 5-0 in their opening Senior Division match of the 2022 Courts Inter District Championship (IDC) at Bidesi Park in Suva today.
The Amani Makoe captained side held their own in the slippery conditions finding loop holes in the Maroons defence time and time again.
Nasoni Mereke got them to an optimum start, getting two goals in the first half to send them to a 2-0 lead at the break.
 Mohammed Shazil Ali continued the momentum scoring back to back goals at the onset of the second spell.
The Rakiraki side, attempted at times to link passes, but were denied by finishing touches and the staunch blue defence.
Manasa Levaci finished off the score tally with a late penalty.
Nasinu faces Seaqaqa in their second game tomorrow at the HFC Bank Stadium at 11am.
