New winner for Sangam IDC

A new winner will be crowned in the 2017 Sangam IDC in Labasa today after defending champion Nadi was beaten 2-1 by Rifle Range in the first Super Premier semifinal this morning.

Rifle Range with the services of brothers Don and Dev Raj together with Aaron Edwards and Kelvin Naidu has been one of the consistent teams in the tournament.

In the second semifinal, Ba proved too strong for host Labasa and convincingly won 3-0 with Avinesh Swamy netting a double in the first half and Ronil Kumar adding the third late in the second half.

The grand finale is expected to commence at 3pm.
