Fiji FACT to kick off on Thursday

The postponed 2017 Vodafone Fiji FACT will now commence next Thursday at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.

Fiji FA confirmed the new dates for the tournament today.

The group stage matches will be played on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and the fixtures remain unchanged.

The tournament will take a break on Friday to allow fans to watch the Super Rugby match in Suva between the Chiefs and the Crusaders.

The date and time of the official opening of the tournament will be announced soon and Fiji FA is advising the 8 participating teams to continue its preparations.

The Vodafone Fiji FACT which was scheduled to kick off today was postponed yesterday as Tropical Cyclone Ella was expected to intensify and affect the country till the weekend.
