Fiji-born winger Sevu Reece was in fine form for the All Blacks and scored a try in their 39-0 bonus point victory over Argentina in their Rugby Championship clash in Perth last night.
The 24-year-old has been a consistent performer this season and has a good scoring rate.
The All Blacks scored five unanswered tries while Argentina's only scoring chance was a missed 50m penalty goal attempt by five-eighth Nicolas Sanchez.
Dangerous centre Rieko Ioane scored the opening try after just 10 minutes with Beauden Barrett converting for 7-0 lead.
On the 30-minute mark was asked to step up to the kicking tee and extended their lead to 10-0 in his performance
When Argentina’s resistance stopped, winger Reece snuffed over in tight for a try just before Dalton Papalii landed the killer blow on the stroke of half-time to help the All Blacks to a 22-0 lead.
The second-half followed a similar path, with Argentina unable to get their hands on the ball.
Two back to back tries from Luke Jacobson in-between a yellow card to Carlos Muzzio, who paid the price for his team’s poor discipline, saw the All Blacks run away with Jordie Barett adding in the conversion and penalty to seal the win.
It was a physical contest, the All Blacks committing Argentina to making 208 tackles to 108 while they missed only nine compared to 29 missed by Argentina. New Zealand made 702 metres to 186 and won 10 turnovers to six.
