Northern reps to join camp by November

Digicel National Women reps from the north are expected to join the national camp in Suva by November.

 Fiji Football Technical Director Timo Jankowski said arrangements are being made to get the reps in the national camp as they prepare for the FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.

He said the players are currently being trained by the Fiji FA officials in the North.

 “Of course, after this long COVID-19 break it’s not easy as they have trained with individual programs but they have to be very careful in this camp to gradually build their fitness level up so we are doing it step by step.”

“We have a few players from Labasa who all are monitored by our technical department staff in the North but hopefully they will join our next camp in November,” he told Fiji FA media.
