Six Taveuni players join Fiji 7s training

Six Raiwasa Taveuni 7s players are part of Fiji 7’s extended 28-member squad training in Suva.

Interim Fiji 7s coach Saiasi Fuli confirmed that the selection of the six players was based on their impressive performance in the domestic competition.

He said the players are well and have begun to adapt to the Fiji 7s training environment.

He also highlighted the need for exposing local based players at the international tournaments.
