Fijiana players impress Fuli

Fijiana 7s Head Coach Saiasi Fuli is impressed with the performance of the team at the first leg of the Dubai 7s over the weekend.
In a video interview, Fuli said the ladies have created a history for the country reaching the final and winning the silver medal.
"The girls-it’s a historical achievement for them reaching the first ever final for the past I believe 12 years participating in this world 7s series."
"I know they fell short against Australia. There is a lot of learning. They were outfought and out strength against Australia. But I believe that they will bounce back and map out the plans for the second week."
"It's always tough to play in back to back tournaments. Today they did their recovery and this evening there was a lot of one on one and reviews and to be ready again for the weekend."
In the second leg of the women’s competition, Fijiana is drawn in Pool B with France, USA, Great Britain and Ireland.
Leg 1 champions Australia head Pool A with Russia, Brazil, Spain and Canada.
