All Whites win WCup Qualifiers

New Zealand won the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ Oceania Qualifiers after thrashing Solomon Islands 5-0 in the final this morning in Doha, Qatar.

Bill Tuiloma and Chris Wood's goals gave the All Whites a 2-0 lead at the break.

Solomon Islands made numerous changes in the second spell yet they could sustain the pressure and New Zealand scored their remaining three goals through Joe Bell, Tuiloma and replacement Matt Garbett.

The result means New Zealand now advance to the next stage of World Cup qualifying, an intercontinental play-off, also set to be played in Qatar, in June.
