Fijiana will be competitive: Caslick

2016 Olympic gold medalist and Australian women's 7s Captain Charlotte Caslick says the return of Fijiana and Black Ferns 7s at Langford will make the competition stiff this weekend.

The current DHL Performance Tracker leader said while all eyes will be on them to secure their third Series title, they will have to play their best level of rugby.

"Having New Zealand, as well as Fiji, back in the Series, we know they're going to bring a really competitive game."

"We know as soon as they come back they're going to be probably just as good, if not better, as when they left, so we're excited to hopefully match up against them and Fiji at some stage."

"We've addressed that it's a possibility we could come away with a World Series win, but we haven't changed anything we're doing."

"We're sticking to the same processes that we've been doing throughout the whole season," Caslick explained.

Australia open their Langford campaign against Mexico on Saturday at 6.20am before further Pool A encounters against Spain and hosts Canada.
