Oceania Rugby U20 Champs back after two years

The Oceania Rugby Championship returns to the international stage in July after a lapse of two years.

Oceania Rugby has confirmed that the Oceania Rugby Under 20 Championship will return for the first time since Covid-19 to a new home at the Sunshine Coast Stadium in Queensland.

This year’s tournament sees the return of 2019 champions the Junior Wallabies, five times holders in New Zealand, and the showmen of the Fiji U20 rugby team.

Joining the tournament for the first time will be new inclusion from South America the Argentina U20s rugby team.

The Sunshine Coast Council has also committed to hosting the tournament until 2024.

The tournament will be held from July 1-10.
