Oceania Football Confederation competitions director Chris Kemp says the ANZ Stadium in Suva has the best facilities to host the FIFA Women's World Cup Qualifiers in July.
Kemp said Fiji was their first option due to the facilities that will suit the needs of the teams coming from the region.
He added that Fiji has the best Stadium to cater the spectators at the same time it is near to many Oceania countries in the region.
"There were few other options to look into but when I went to witness the ANZ Stadium-I'm pleased to say that it is the best facility to host the women's qualifiers in Fiji."
"The stadium is equipped with the best facilities for our women players and taking their safety into consideration, I think the stadium has a lot to offer them."
"The changing rooms, the training area, the sitting area are just too good."
"I'm sure the players and officials will enjoy such an open atmosphere where they will have everything available to them," he added.
OFC women's Nations Cup will be played from the 13-30 of July.
