Fijiana bow out in Cup quarters

Fijiana has bowed out of the Langford 7s in Canada after losing its quarterfinal clash 31-14 to France this morning.

Fiji made a brilliant start and scored two converted tries through Aloesi Nakoci and Reapi Uluinasau to lead 14-0.

Chloe Pelle pulled one back just before halftime as Fiji led 14-5 at the break.

The French dominated the second half and scored tries through Coralie Bertrand, Jade Ulutule and Camille Grassineau to demolish the Fijians who lost their composure and made simple handling errors and missed tackles.
